OREANDA-NEWS. Pursuant to the order of VolgaTelecom General Director, deputies to the General Director - directors of Nizhny Novgorod, Samara and Kirov branches were appointed. The appointed branch directors take the offices since July 3, 2007.

Vitalyi Klishin is appointed deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company - director of OJSC VolgaTelecom Samara branch; earlier Vitalyi Klishin held the office of the director of Nizhny Novgorod branch.

Dmitry Proskura is appointed deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company - director of OJSC VolgaTelecom Nizhny Novgorod branch; earlier he held the office of the director of the Company’s Kirov branch.

Alexey Artemiev is appointed deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company - director of OJSC VolgaTelecom Kirov branch; earlier he held the office of the first deputy to branch manager - chief engineer of OJSC VolgaTelecom Saratov branch.

This decision is agreed upon by VolgaTelecom Board of directors.
