The other day in Non-Profit Research-Educational establishment "Povolzhski Regional Center for Staff Training (NNOU PRTSPK ) "Energetik" completed the courses of skill upgrading for managers and specialists of power engineering. This time they were arranged for those who operate the hydro-technical constrictions in power engineering objects.

Courses were held on base of the joint program with FGU "NTTS Energobezopasnost" (Moscow) and IDO "Professional" (Moscow region). Classes were delivered by leading specialists in operation of GTS А.V.Orlov, head of risk management (Moscow ); Е.А. Filippov - Deputy General Director of KTN "ITS VNIIG" (St. Petersburg); D.B.Radkevich - Deputy + Director of FGU "NTS Energy Safety" for safety of hydro-technical facilities.

To pass pre-certification fro the right to operate and work o dangerous hydro-technical facilities in Povolzhski Regional Center of staff training "Energetik" wished managers, specialists of Generation Company of Tatarstan energy holding, and representatives of several united generation companies of RAO "UES of Russia". Students of courses in Kazan became the power engineering specialists from Irikli GREG (JSC "ОGK-1"), Cherepovets GREG (JSC "ОGK-3"), JSC "Buryatskaya GEG" and Novosibirsk GEG (JSC "Gidro ОGК").

On base of class results the students were certified by Attesting commission of Federal service for environmental, technological and nuclear inspection of RF, in which work took part V.PП.Aksenov, chief specialist –expert of department for inspection of hydro-technical facilities of FS Rostechinspection of RF.

Vladimir Pavlovich highly appreciated the efficiency of the held in PRTSPK "Energetik" courses and said that "he for a long time did not have a group with such high skill". Average score got by students during certification, was 4,33.

Chief Engineer of Novosibirsk GEG Viktor Dmitrievich Smirnov emphasized the high organization and technical refurbishment of classes. "I think that this cooperation in staff training shall be developed in various dimensions, and your Training Center could be the initiator, as NNOU "PRTSPK "Energetik" is a modern center with skilled faculty for training specialists for the industry, - he said.

NNOU "Povolzhski Regional Center for staff training (PRTSPK) "Energetik" was founded on base of training- course combine of JSC "Tatenergo" as part of reforming the energy system. PRTSPK prepares and retrains the workers, acquiring of second profession, skill upgrading. Today Center prepares specialists in 110 professions including in 25 ones under control of Office for Technological and Environmental Inspection of Federal service of environmental, technological and nuclear inspection in Republic of Tatarstan. Besides, NNOU "PRTSPK "Energetik" was accredited in system of training for "Production Safety" and trains managers and specialists in 3 areas of inspection: boiler inspection, lifter and gas inspection.

Very popular are the courses of specialists for mounting and repair-operational servicing the insulated and protected cables, linear fittings in distribution grids 0.38-20 kV (SIP). Since 2005 in Training Center were taught 68 people in the new profession "Machinist of Energy Unit" (specialization for operation and servicing GT and PGU). In the last 3 years in NNOU " PRTSPK "Energetik" were trained 20 specialists from "Orenburgenergo", 2 from "Samaraenergo" and 1 from "Ulianovskenergo".
