OREANDA-NEWS. Such competitions of mastership in "Tatenergo" have been held since 1972 and became traditional place for determining the level of mastership of specialists of distribution grids.

The best teams of Buinsk electrical grids competed at special ground of Tetyushi regional electrical grids that celebrated its 35-birthday this year. Here gathered the best teams from Apastovo, Kaibitsy, Drozhzhanovo, Buinsk, Kural, Nurlat, Kamsko-Ustie and Tetyushi regions of electrical grids. For the first time the competition enrolled the subcontractors, electricians of Buinsk RMU JSC "Srednevolzhskelektrosetstroy".

Program included the issues: allowance of team of dispatchers of РEG, getting of the pole the injured, extinguishing the fire, checking the completeness of the teams with protection facilities, tools etc.

The fourth year the program includes the stages "Replacement of meter of electricity and current transformer with КKTP-10/0.4 kV" and "Device of fork from HVL 0.4 kV to outside entry of building by self-bearing insulated cables (SIP)". This is related to realized in the energy holding the program of construction of lines with SIP and work for reduction of losses of electricity.

At each of eight stages were checked professional theory and hands-on knowledge. Special jury appreciated the culture pf production, meeting the technologies, speed, quality and guarantee of doing tasks, meeting the labor protection rules and accident prevention.

The first place was taken by the team from Apastovo РEG. Second - by the team from Drozhzhanovo РEG. They were followed by electricians from Buinsk and Tetyushi regions of electrical grids. Since this year in BuiEG was founded the circulating cup that was awarded to the team-winner.

For participation in the competition of Bugulma electrical grids gathered the teams from Yutaza, Bugulm, Leninogorsk, Cheremshan, Bavly РEG, Bugulma and Leninogorsk GREG. For the first time the competition was attended by the contractors - general contractor of "Elektroneftegaz. Ltd" presented its team.

Program included 8 stages, old and new - "Replacement of pole insulator on the line breaker" and "Repair of damaged cable in bay HVL-0.4 kV with help of oval connector".

The jury and juries at the stages evaluated the work. They evaluated the work of dispatcher, master, works doer, and member of team and this allowed to determine both the best teams and best specialists.

Basing on results the first place was again won by the team from Cheremshan РEG. Second and third places were won by teams of Bavly РEG and Leninogorsk GREG respectively. Leninogorsk municipal grid joint BEG in December 2006 and the competition became a debut for personnel. However, for the first-comers they showed decent result - just a few scores remained to the second place, and dispatch S.P.Glazunov became the best dispatch of competitions.

The best teams were from Sarmanovo, Mendeleevsk, Vysokogorski and Chistopol РEG. In Kazan the winners were from Yuzhny РEG, and in Naberezhnye Chelny - team from РEG-4.

Within 2 days the electricians familiarized with advanced technologies in the grids, exchanged expertise in repair and operation works. The competitions became a good school of upgrading the mastership both in work technology and organization of safe works.

The competitions displayed the high professional skills of staff of distribution grids and their subcontractors and allowed to detect advantages and disadvantages in professional skills.
