OREANDA-NEWS. June 25, 2007. "IBLF summit showed how Russian companies are changing their management practices for the better," stressed Leonid Ignat, Director for Communications and PR of Alfa-Bank, reported the press-centre of Alfa-Bank.  

Leonid Ignat spoke on importance of contributing to raising business standards for banks and investors — both Russian and international, to the audience of the Leaders of multinationals, international investors and Russian companies who gathered together at the London Stock Exchange on 25 of July 2007 for the Second Russian Business Summit.

The Summit was organised by the International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF), a business association promoting corporate responsibility and good governance worldwide. Among the participants were international companies included HSBC, F&C Asset Management, Nestle, Philips, Cisco Systems, EBRD and others. Russian companies attending included CEOs and Chairman of oil major TNK-BP, financial services companies Alfa-Bank, Troika-Dialog and UralSib, RAO UES, coal mining company SUEK, steel company Severstal, food and beverages maker Wimm-Bill-Dann and diversified transportation company Industrial Investors.
