OREANDA-NEWS. June 21, 2007. For the first half of the year 2007 “Sverdlovenergo” Public Company realized several assets from so called register of non-core assets of the company to the amount of more than 100 mln rbl, reported the press-centre of  Sverdlovenergo.  

Amid them – hotel, canteen in Yekaterinburg, vegetable store cellar, 23 flats in Sredneuralsk, etc.

The case is that in April 2005 after reformation of “Sverdlovenergo” Public Company, the power enterprise has got property situated in different towns of the region. This property the amount of which is more 600 mln. rbl. isn’t profile for “Sverdlovenergo”.

Branch company of “Sverdlovenergo” - Estate administration management – which answer for realization of the assets, is going to realize another 3 objects to the amount of more than 50 mln rbl to the end of this year. All proceeds will be put into production activities of the company.
