OREANDA-NEWS. July 3, 2007. Leader CJSC acting in the interests of NPF GAZFOND has entered the shareholding structure of SIBUR Holding JSC through the acquisition of 25,000004 per cent of SIBUR Holding JSC shares.

The decision on the saleofSIBUR Holding JSCequityinterest, formerly owned by Gazprom JSC, to NPF GAZFOND was approved by the Gazprom JSC Board of Directors in April 2007.

Following the change in ownership, SIBUR Holding JSC will continue its operations in accordance with the approved strategy.
