OREANDA-NEWS. July 2, 2007. OJSC IES-Prikamye has won the open tender for the right to sign the contract for the long-term lease of the power grid property complex of the gas workers' settlement in the town of Ochera (Perm Region) for a term of five years, until 2021. The company's application fully complied with the requirements stipulated by the tender.

Under the terms and conditions offered for OJSC IES-Prikamye, the annual amount of the lease payments will exceed 250 thousand roubles, and the investments in the construction of new facilities, refurbishment and re-equipping of the power grid property will amount to 350 thousand roubles during the contract term. OJSC IES-Prikamye undertakes to provide maintenance of the power grids to a high quality standard, to develop investment programmes for refurbishing power supply facilities as well as to service and maintain the street lighting grids in the settlement.

IES-Prikamye has already started operating in the town of Ochera, under the contract for the long-term lease of the power grid property complex for a term of 10 years, signed in March 2004 with the administration of the Ochera municipal district. Over the period since the contract was signed up until now the investments made by OJSC IES-Prikamye in the power grid system of the town of Ochera have come to 31 million roubles, in particular: 7.2 million - for the construction of new power supply facilities, 24 million - for the introduction of an automated power control and accounting system within the framework of the Loss Reduction Programme.
