Date of declaring the dividends – June 15, 2007

Date of declaring the list of shareholders that may receive the dividends – May 17, 2007

Date of dividend payment – on the expiry of 30 days after the dividend payment decision was adopted; and no later then 45 days after the decision on the state registration of the bank’s following paper issue, adopted by the state authority for equity market
