Zaporizhstal Worker’s Welfare in the Work’s Development
OREANDA-NEWS. July 2, 2007. The agreement of social partnership between the Works’ management and Trade Union committee signed. This important document is aimed at achievement of equilibrium of social and economic interests, development of equal and democratic interrelations of the owners and hired staff.
It envisages prevention of conflicts and resolution of contradictions between the parties to create favourable conditions for economic and social development of the Works and the rise in the living standard of the toilers.
The agreement is called upon to contribute to formation of sound moral and psychological climate in the work collective and creation of optimal conditions of labour and mode of life of the workmen and provision of high ability to work for the personnel.
The management and Trade Union committee assumed specific responsibilities under which particular importance is attached to fulfillment of production plans, efficient use of the plant facilities and physical resources of the Works and provision of their safety , improvement of discipline, labour protection, development of sports and culture, health normalization of steel workers and members of their families, war and labour veterans.
The agreement of social partnership comes into force on July 21 of the current year and will be effective till June 20, 2008.
