OREANDA-NEWS. June 19, 2007. The SOGAZ Insurance Group has become a participant in the First International Conference and Exhibition Rail-Tech®Russia 2007 under way at the All-Russian Exhibition Centre in Moscow from 18 through 20 June 2007, reported the press-centre of SOGAZ.

The organisers of the conference are OJSC Russian Railways, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the International Union of Railways (UIC), other Russian and foreign railway associations. 

The goal of this international forum is to discuss major legal and technical aspects of international freight and passenger transport, consider operating compatibility and the available potential for traffic optimisation, as well as to demonstrate the latest Russian and international railway technologies.

Among the participants in the event are top managers of railway companies from Russia, the CIS and beyond, heads and technical specialists of manufacturers, suppliers, exporters, and importers of railway equipment, and representatives of public authorities, industrial groups, and institutes.

The Rail-Tech®Russia 2007 exposition covers all areas of the Russian and global railway industry.
