OREANDA-NEWS. On June 25, 2007 Polymetal announced the transaction related to the disposal of its subsidiary, reported the press-centre of  JSC “Polymetal”.

Today Polymetal was notified by the registrator that the transaction was completed on June 22nd, 2007 in Saint-Petersburg.

Polymetal sold its 85% shareholding stake in Ore Mining Company Dukat to streamline the Company’s corporate structure and make it consistent with the current development strategy.

Ore mining Company Dukat was not a producing entity holding any exploration or mining licenses or other valuable assets.
