OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2007. The following issues were included in the Agenda of the General Meeting of Shareholders, reported the press-centre of  Armeconombank:

1. The election of returning board of Armeconombank’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

2. The report of Armeconombank Board on its 2006 annual performance.

3. Appoval of proportions of profit distribution in Armeconombank’s 2006 financial statements

4. Payment of dividends from Armeconombank’s 2006 annual proceeds

5. Approval of Armeconombank’s amended Charter.

6. Approval of Armeconombank’s Independent Auditors.

7. Approval of revised edition of Armeconombank’s “Board Procedure”

8. Approval of revised edition of Armeconombank’s “Procedure on Preparation and Chairing of General Meeting”

9. Election of Armeconombank Board members.

Armeconombank’s shareholders annual meeting resolved:

1. to approve Armeconombank’s returning board with one year’s validity term, with the following staff:

Chairman – A. Khachatryan

Members – H. Avetisyan, V. Alikhanova

2. to approve the report of Armeconombank Board on its 2006 performance.

3. to approve Armeconombank’s 2006 financial statements and proportions of distribution of 2006 net profit, including dividends - 12% annual profitability against nominal value of a single share, allowances to main reserve - 5% of net profit.

4. to pay dividends to the Bank shareholders from 2006 annual proceeds, taking AMD 300 to a single share as a calculation basis, beginning from July 15 in accordance to the approved procedure of the Board.

5. to approve Armeconombank’s amended Charter

6. to approve the winner of competition held in an established order “Grant Thornton Amyot” audit company in the position of the Bank’s Independent auditor.

7. to approve Armeconombank’s amended “Board Procedure”.

8. to approve Armeconombank’s amended “Procedure on Preparation and Chairing of General Meeting”

9. to approve Arme conombank Board with the following staff;
