OREANDA-NEWS. The Annual General Meeting of OJSC “VolgaTelecom” elected the Board of Directors of the company.

The Board included:

• Mr. Gavrilenko Anatolyi, CJSC “Leader” General Director
• Mrs. Grigorieva Alla, Deputy to the director of corporate governance and legal department of OJSC Svyazinvest
• Mr. Degtyarev Valeryi, OJSC “Professional telecommunications” General Director
• Mr. Enin Evgenyi, Deputy to the director of Non-commercial Partnership “Russian Institute of Directors”
• Mr. Zhelonkin Vladimir, Deputy to the General Director of OJSC Svyazinvest
• Mr. Kuznetsov Sergey, OJSC “Svyazinvest” representative
• Mr. Omelchenko Sergey, OJSC VolgaTelecom General Director
• Mr. Savchenko Victor, Executive director – director of corporate governance and legal Department of OJSC Svyazinvest

Mr. Kuznetsov Sergey Ivanovich was elected the chairman of the Board of directors and Mr. Zhelonkin Vladimir Borisovich was elected deputy to the chairman of the Board of directors at the first session of new Board of directors.
