OREANDA-NEWS. FSUE Russian Post awarded special prize to Chen Yu An, collector form Taiwan for the exhibit "WWII Surcharges of the Chinese Republic" at the World Stamp Exhibition that was closed 25 June 2007.

Having founded special prize Russian Post supported development of world philately and public rising interest to collecting of postal miniatures. Philately promotes not only stamps popularization and distribution of letter correspondence in general, but widens outlook system of all collectors.
