OREANDA-NEWS. A commemoration meeting took place near Memorial Obelisk at Novosibirsk Plant of Chemical Concentrates on June 22. The obelisk was erected in 2005 on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Victory Day for perpetuating the memory of the WWII veterans who worked at the plant. NPCC Director General V.Razin and representatives of the plant’s Youth Committee took part in the meeting.

Such events are a sign of respect and care for the veterans and pensioners of NPCC, one of the components of the plant’s large-scale social policy. Particularly, the plant sponsors non-government pension insurance programs and pays monthly allowance to pensioners; pays for their treatment, medicines and rest; organizes meetings, contests and celebrations. Today, over 4,700 former NPCC employees are registered at pensioners trade union organizations.
