OREANDA-NEWS. On June 19, 2007 the trial performance of the second automatic plant for ladle inoculation of high-duty cast iron with a flux cored wire started in Iron Casting Production of KAMAZ-Metallurgy PLC, reported the press-centre of KAMAZ.

Soon the whole nomenclature of large high-duty cast iron castings will be transferred to the modern technology which guarantees the stable high quality of the castings. Three automatic weighting devices are also brought into operation.

A month ago the Development Board of KAMAZ-Metallurgy PLC decided to create the inoculating flux cored wire production area in the foundry. In the experts’ opinion, this is a breakthrough in the sphere of high technology.
