OREANDA-NEWS. On June 18, 2007 the Federal Service for Financial Markets has registered the report by Atomstroyexport-Finance (Atomstoryexport’s subsidiary) on the placement of its bonds worth 1,5bln RUR, reported the press-centre of Atomstroyexport. 

ASE-Finance has issued 1,500,000 bonds each worth 1,000 RUR. The circulation period is 4 years. The bonds were placed on May 29. The rate of the first coupon made up 7,75% a.p.

The bonds have eight half-year coupons. The rates of the 2nd-4th coupons will be the same as the rate of the 1st one. The rates of the 5th-8th coupons will be set by the emitter. The bonds cannot be redeemed ahead of time.

ASE is going to use the return on the purchase of equipment for the construction of Belene NPP in Bulgaria. The construction is supposed to be started in Sept 2007 and to be finished by 2013.
