OREANDA-NEWS. On June 19, 2007 on the meeting, the Supervisory Board of JSC VTB Bank (“VTB” or “the Bank”) approved a new list of management board members, reported the press-centre of  VTB.

Nikolai Tsekhomsky, Olga Dergunova, Evgueny Novikov and Andrei Puchkov were all elected to become members of the management board. The remaining members were all re-elected. As a result, the management board is now comprised as follows:

Andrei Leonidovitch Kostin – Chairman of the Management Board and CEO

Vadim Olegovitch Levin – First Deputy Chairman

Igor Nikolaevitch Zavyalov – Deputy Chairman

Gennadi Vladimirovitch Soldatenkov – Deputy Chairman

Vassily Nikolaevitch Titov – Deputy Chairman

Yulia Germanovna Chupina – Deputy Chairman

Olga Konstantinovna Dergunova – Member of the Board

Evgueny Valerievitch Novikov – Member of the Board

Andrei Sergeevitch Puchkov – Member of the Board

Nikolai Viktorovitch Tsekhomsky – Member of the Board.

The Management Board, VTB’s collective executive body, are elected by the Supervisory Council and are responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the Group’s activities.

The following members have also stepped down from the management board.
