OREANDA-NEWS. Over the first five months of 2007, St. Petersburg Cartonboard and Printing Mill, a subsidiary of Ilim Pulp Corporation, produced 106 thousand tonnes of cartonboard, including 92,3 thousand tonnes of market cartonboard, 8,2 thousand tonnes (9,7%) up as compared to the same period of 2006.

Match box board amounted to 0,3 thousand tonnes, 2,8 thousand tonnes down year-over-year, in line with the 2007 production plan.

During the first five months of 2007, output of disposable plates amounted to 31,8 million pcs, matching the output of January - May 2006. Over the period, output of printed product went down 2 thousand tonnes (18,5%) as compared to the same period of 2006, totalling 8,8 thousand tonnes. The production plan was realigned with the current market situation.
