OREANDA-NEWS. JSC “Aeroflot - Russian Airlines” has signed a contract with Rolls-Royce to equip with Trent 700 engines ten А330-200 airplanes.

The contract includes provisions of the long-term agreement on technical support and maintenance of TotalCare engines.

As it was announced, the Board of JSC “Aeroflot - Russian Airlines” has adopted the operating leasing deal with AerCap (AER) which stipulates delivery of ten А330-200 airplanes. The first two А330-200 airplanes will be delivered to Aeroflot in 2008, five planes - in 2009, and other three ones - in 1020. All the airplanes are newly built, to be delivered directly form the Airbus production facilities.
