OREANDA-NEWS. On June 14, 2007 the President of the Republic of Belarus signed into action Decree No 274 which introduces additions and amendments to Decree No 74 of February 7, 2006 “On improving the procedure for fixing the rent charge for state-owned plots of land”, reported the Presidential website www.president.gov.by.

Decree No 274 establishes the base rates of the annual rent charge for every landholder in conformity with his/her share in the right to a land plot. It also establishes coefficients to cadastral prices of the plots of land assigned for building apartment houses (0.001), for parking places and garages, allotted to garage cooperatives or for the individual construction purposes (0.002).
