OREANDA-NEWS. On June 13, 2007 OJSC ROSNO has paid CJSC Edinyj Registrator an insurance compensation of 5 400 000 roubles under the professional liability insurance contract concluded with the said company, reported the press-centre of  ROSNO.

ROSNO has made this payment in strict compliance with the terms of the concluded contract, due to occurrence of an insured accident, i.e. emergence of an obligation of CJSC Edinyj Registrator to reimburse the issuer for the losses inflicted to the latter in course of keeping the nominal security holders register.

"OJSC ROSNO has promptly and fully paid an insurance compensation for the losses incurred by the issuer NPK IRKUT and voluntarily reimbursed for by the registrar in accordance with the resolution issued by the court of arbitration", Mr. Valery Titov, General Manager of CJSC Edinyj Registrator, commented on the payment.
