OREANDA-NEWS. June 14, 2007. Over the first five months of 2007, Ust-Ilimsk Pulp Mill, a subsidiary of forest industry corporation Ilim Pulp, produced over 278,6 thousand tonnes of market pulp, 8,9% up year-over-year, reported the press-centre of  Ilim Pulp.

Bleached market pulp output amounted to 251,9 thousand tonnes, 9,4% up as compared to January — May 2006.

General pulping totalled 299,9 thousand tonnes, 8,9% up year-over-year.

The mill kept up high output rates despite the planned ten-day halting in order to carry out necessary repairs in May 2007.
