OREANDA-NEWS. The British Fund Raven Russia and the Russian company RDI Group have established a joint venture to build a logistics complex.

The complex will be built at the 22.4 hectares' territory, on the ninth kilometer of the Moscow ring road, Kashirskoe Highway.
It is planned that the square of the complex will total 100 000 sq.m. The first stage of the complex will have been put into operation by the end of 2008, the second stage - in the second quarter 2009.
 
The investment volume is not announced. In the press-release of Raven Russia it is said that the final cost of the complex is estimated at $117 mn, the yield rate - 13%.
 
The fund Raven Russia is subsidiary of the investment company - The Raven Group. It was founded in July 2005. Nowadays the fund is realizing 6 projects in Russia, 4 of them in the Moscow region (Culon-Baltia of the 28 thousand sq m area, Culon-Uzhny - 12 thousand sq.m, Krekshino - 114 thousand sq.m. and Vostochny in Noginsk - 300 thousand sq.m.) and 2 in Saint-Petersburg ( in Shushary - 130 thousand sq.m., in Pulkovo - 60 thousand sq.m.). The total cost of the projects is $600 mn.
