OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2007. ALROSA President Sergey Vybornov appointed Galina V. Klimenko Vice-President of ALROSA, effective from 18 May 2007.

Galina Klimenko is a graduate of the International Economic Relations Department of the Moscow State Institute of Foreign Relations (MGIMO) of the RF Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She received her МВА at Chicago DePaul University, USA. She also has a CFM (Certified Financial Manager) degree from the Institute of Management Accountants, USA.

Galina Klimenko worked for the RF Governmental Commission for Foreign Debt and RF Foreign Assets, International Monetary Fund, Credit Agricole Indosuez.

In 2001- 2007 she served as an advisor, senior advisor on investments with International Finance Corporation (IFC).

At ALROSA Galina Klimenko will be in charge of corporate development issues.

On May 22, 2007 in Mirny, Sakha (Yakutia) Galina Klimenko was introduced in her new capacity as Vice-President to the Executive Board of ALROSA.
