OREANDA-NEWS. On June 09, 2007 Dmitry Talayev has been appointed Underwriting and Reinsurance Director of the SOGAZ Insurance Group, reported the press-centre of SOGAZ.

Dmitry Alekseyevich Talayev was born in 1973 in Moscow.In 1996, he graduated from Bauman State Technical University in Moscow. Upon graduation from the university, he came to work with the reinsurance department of OJSC Rosgosstrakh. Mr Talayev was engaged in sharing property and complex technical risks. In 1998, he was a trainee at the St Paul Re reinsurance company (New York). Mr Talayev received training in reinsurance and managing risks of major industrial enterprises, organised by Munich Reinsurance Company. In 2002-04, he was involved in developing the strategy and creating a market sales division for OJSC SOGAZ. In 2004, he received his MBA from Moscow State Lomonosov University. Prior to his appointment as Underwriting and Reinsurance Director at the SOGAZ Insurance Group, Dmitry had been Deputy Director General of CJSC Capital Medical Insurance.
