OREANDA-NEWS. On June 05, 2007 the Board of Directors of OJSC Gazprommedstrakh, part of the SOGAZ Insurance Group, has held a meeting. As was decided by the Board of Directors, OJSC SOGAZ Management Board Chairman Vadim Yanov was elected chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC Gazprommedstrakh, reported the press-centre of SOGAZ.

Gazprommedstrakh, SOGAZ-life Insurance Company Ltd, the management company CJSC Leader, and the medical services company Gazprommedservice Ltd. The Group's regional network includes 350 subdivisions. SOGAZ holds the highest reliability rating (A++) awarded by the Expert PA rating agency.
