OREANDA-NEWS. On June 05, 2007 KBC Bank NV, Belgium and Absolut Bank signed a Subordinated Loan Agreement for the total amount of USD100 million and 10 years tenor. As a result, Absolut Bank’s Total Capital has exceeded USD 400 million, reported the press-centre of Absolut Bank.

Mr. Nikolay Sidorov, Chairman of the Management Board says: "The Bank will use this funds to support the Bank’s retail business growth and expansion of the branch network in the Russian regions".
