OREANDA-NEWS. June 08, 2007. Starting from June 11 of 2007 placement of ordinary registered stocks of CB “UniBank” OJSC started on BSE, reported the press-centre of  Baku Stock Exchange”.

The volume of the issue is 8 400 000 AZN, face value per stock 2 AZN. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange. CB “Unibank” OJSC will be the underwriter of placement of stocks.

Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to an organization being the member of “Baku Stock Exchange” CJSC and having a brokerage license.Shareholders have rights of advantage at purchase of the stocks till July, 13th, 2007.
