OREANDA-NEWS. June 12, 2007. Starting from June 12 of 2007 placement of ordinary registered stocks of “Mughanbank” OJSC started on BSE, reported the press-centre of  Baku Stock Exchange”.

The volume of the issue is 2 000 000 AZN, face value per stock 200 AZN. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange. “Tekhnika Capital Management ” LLC will be the underwriter of placement of stocks.

Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to an organization being the member of “Baku Stock Exchange” CJSC and having a brokerage license.
