OREANDA-NEWS. On June 9, in the course of the 11th Petersburg International Economic Forum the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank) signed an Agreement on Cooperation with the Voronezh Region Administration.

Under the Agreement the Bank and the region are determined to promote strategic partnership and effective long-term cooperation. The Agreement provides for the Bank and regional authorities to join forces to promote the socio-economic development of the region and enhance the region’s economic and industrial potential.

Now, Vnesheconombank is considering the project aimed at constructing a bio-diesel production plant in the Voronezh region. The project is being carried out by Antoil-M. The amount to finance the plant is 30 million US dollars.

Later on, the Bank will explore the possibilities of participating in implementing major investment projects on the territory of the Voronezh region.
