OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of OJSC “AK “Transneft” has preliminary approved the allocation of profit on results of work for 2006. It has made 3 594 877 476,47 roubles.

The annual general shareholders’ meeting was recommended to allocate 2 682 177 362,76 roubles to production development and similar actions on new property creation.

It was recommended to allocate 822 700 113,71 roubles to payment of dividends for 2006.

It is offered to pay dividends on ordinary shares (4 664 627 pieces) at the rate of 101,23 roubles per ordinary share for the total sum of 472 200 191,21 roubles and on preferred shares ( 1 554 875 pieces) at the rate of 225,42 roubles per preferred share for the total sum of 350 499 922,5 roubles.
