OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of the Directors of CenterTelecom at its meeting held on 7 June considered a list of candidates for the position of company General Director. The candidates were recommended by the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors. Vaagn Martyrosyan has been appointed General Director of CenterTelecom.

The Board also approved terms of the labor contract which will be concluded with Mr. Martyrosyan and determined the term of his tenure of employment, from 8 June, 2007 to 30 July, 2009.
 
Moreover the Board decided to approve the resignation from the Board of Management of former General Director Sergei Pridantsev effective 7 June.
