OREANDA-NEWS. June 04, 2007. As part of the project to build a new 410 MW combined-cycle gas turbine at the Nevinnomysskaya TPP, OAO "WGC-5" held a competitive tender for the award of an EPCM contract, reported the press-centre of  RAO "UES of Russia".

Upon review of the bids, the contract was awarded to the consortium headed by OAO "E4 Group". The Consortium also includes the following companies: OAO "Tsentroenergomontazh", ZAO "SibKOTES", OAO "Power Machines", ZAO "Novosibirskenergospetsremont", and OOO "Energostroysnabkomplekt-Invest".

Under the contract, the work must be completed within 1,095 days.

OAO "WGC-5" was registered on 27 October 2004 in the city of Yekaterinburg. The operating branches of OAO "WGC-5" include the Konakovskaya TPP, Nevinnomysskaya TPP, Sredneuralskaya TPP, and Reftinskaya TPP. The Company's aggregate installed generation capacity is 8,672 MW for generating electricity and 2,242 Gcal/h for generating heat.

The authorized capital of OAO "WGC-5" is RUB35,371,685,504 and is divided into ordinary shares of RUB1 par value. RAO "UES of Russia" holds a 75,03% stake in OAO "WGC-5", with the minority shareholders holding the remaining 29,97%. WGC-5 shares have been included in the B Quotation Lists of the MICEX and RTS stock exchanges.
