IDGC Develops Unified Customer Care Standard
OREANDA-NEWS. On June 05, 2007 JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus” was put of the OAO “RAO UES of Russia” working group on developing a unified customer care standards for RAO UES affiliates, within the framework of the complex customer care system integration, reported the press-centre of JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus”.
“By implementing a unified customer care standard throughout IDGC, we will provide conditions for customers and power companies cooperation”, - said Anna Korneychuk, Head of the Customer Care Department of IDGC.
The main criteria of cooperation with customers shall be determined; the demands for customer care units, requirements for business process regulation, model of cooperation between customers and power companies shall be set.
Business process optimization, reduction of resources for work with customers, improvement of customer care service, meeting customer demands are the expected effects from implementing these standards.
The project shall be accomplished by August 2007.
