ROSNO Provides Training on Relations with Intermediaries
OREANDA-NEWS. June 9, 2007. ROSNO’s Central Directorate has held a seminar "Arrangement of insurance product sales via intermediaries" for the unit managers engaged in this type of sales. Thirteen of the Directorate’s branches participated in this seminar, held in the boarding house Karacharovo, Tver Region.
The purpose of this seminar, attended by the experts of the head office’s Central Regional Department and the management of the Central Directorate, is to improve professional qualification of the branch employees responsible for the development of intermediary relations as a sales channel.
During the seminar, the participants have reviewed fulfillment by the branches of their plans for work with intermediaries, and discussed plans for the year 2007. In 2006, the Directorate as a whole sold three times more than planned. The branches in Ryazan, Smolensk, Voronezh and Kaluga have been named the most successful in sales via intermediaries.
Much attention was paid to the development prospects of the intermediary sales channel, technologies and bank instruments, leasing companies and car dealerships, as well as peculiarities of providing insurance coverage to the pledged corporate property.
