OREANDA-NEWS. June 8, 2007. IES Holding has transferred assets worth 1.15 billion rubles for the share package of OJSC Sverdlovenergosbyt (49 percent) purchased at an auction organized on May 22 by RAO UES Russia. The deal has been approved by the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service of Russia (FAS).

IES Holding will become a lawful owner of the company it purchased within 10 business days after the seller has received the assets and an appropriate entry has been made into the shareholder registry.

Before the auction IES Holding was a minority shareholder of OJSC Sverdlovenergosbyt. Taking into account the previously held share package the holding company now has over 78 percent of that company's shares.
