OREANDA-NEWS. June 05, 2007. Pursuing the strategic policy of mortgage development, BSGV offers new conditions to its clients. New mortgage rates at BSGV are now from 9,25% for US dollar loans and from 10,5% for ruble loans, depending on loan amount, reported the press-centre of  BSGV.

Nowadays the initial installment for “Flat”, “Cottage” and “Refinancing” mortgage products is lowered to 10%. At the same time the loan term is up to 25 years! These changes will enable Bank clients to get approval and benefit from a bigger loan amount.

Systematic work on mortgage condition improvement carried out by the Bank has let BSGV elaborate a new mortgage program which is Refinancing. The program will allow other banks’ clients to refinance their mortgage loans at BSGV rate from 9,25% in US dollars and 10,5% in rubles, according to necessary amount.

All BSGV mortgage products are available for bank clients in all the regions where the Bank is represented.
