OREANDA-NEWS. May 29, 2007. Sviaz-Bank’s annual general shareholders’ assembly has been scheduled for June 28, 2007, reported the press-centre of  Sviaz-Bank.

The following questions have been included on the agenda of the annual shareholders’ assembly: on Sviaz-Bank’s Accounting Commission, on approving the Bank’s Annual Report for 2006 and the annual bookkeeping account, including the account on profits and losses, on the distribution of profit and the payment of dividends for last year, on the appointment of the Bank’s auditors for 2007, on the election of members of the Board of Directors and members of the Bank’s revision commission, as well as on the approval of transactions that might be carried out in the future as Sviaz-Bank conducts its regular business.
