Credit Bank of Moscow Signed a 364 Day US$80,000,000 Syndicated Term Loan Facility
OREANDA-NEWS. On May 30, 2007 Credit Bank of Moscow signed a 364 day US$80,000,000 syndicated term loan facility. Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, RZB Group and UniCredit Group (acting through Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG and Closed Joint Stock Company International Moscow Bank), acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners for the Facility. Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich Aktiengesellschaft is the Agent, reported the press-centre of Credit Bank of Moscow.
The list of participating banks includes financial institutions from Germany, Austria, USA, UK, Slovenia, Portugal, Hungary, Netherlands, Belgium, India, Taiwan and Latvia.
This is the first general finance syndicated loan received by Credit Bank of Moscow who has already six times tapped international syndicated loan market. The deal carries a margin of 2.0% per annum and is one year extendible. The Facility was well received and generated a healthy 33% oversubscription in the market which was fully taken up.
