OREANDA-NEWS. Balakovo NPP has got an EU certificate. Balakovo NPP has been proclaimed the winner of the labor protection contest among the companies of Saratov region and has got an EU certificate.

The contest was held in the framework of the EU project Europe Aid 119764/С/SV/RU. Saratov region, along with Udmurtia, Tatarstan and Rostov region, has been selected as a pilot site for the project.

BNPP has been proclaimed the best in the following activities:

- preventing industrial accidents and professional diseases by improving labor conditions and enhancing labor safety;
- sharing experience and giving access to information about effective labor protection solutions; 
- preventing industrial risks;
- helping organizations to ensure the health and safety of their employees.
