OREANDA-NEWS. The repairs were carried out in 50 days instead of planned 60 days due to good preparations, round-the-clock work and close control.

The repairs will help to enhance the efficiency, safety and capacity factor of the unit.

Since the beginning of this year the plant has produced 2,579bln KWh of 7,139bln KWh planned for the year.

The radiation background at the plant and in the nearby area is within norm.
