OREANDA-NEWS. In spring 2007, Russian Railways held a tender to find a single customs broker. The winner was the “Customs Brokerage Centre,” which has branches all over the Russian rail network and a representative office in China .

The “Customs Brokerage Centre” will document all internal and international transit of Russian Railways passing through Russian border posts until the end of 2007.
