OREANDA-NEWS. On May 29, 2007 OJSC ROSNO-МS has completed purchase of 100% stock of the medical insurance company TAGIL-MEDSERVICE in Nizhny Tagil, reported the press-centre of  ROSNO.

TAGIL-MEDSERVICE provides insurance coverage to over 400 thousand employed and unemployed residents of Nizhny Tagil (Sverdlovsk Region).

ROSNO-MS plans to ensure continuity of the company’s development strategy by retaining its professional management team and its traditional name familiar to clients.
