OREANDA-NEWS. June 6, 2007. Tula region. OAO Tulacherment signed a new agreement with Tula State University for education of its employees and new staff. Moreover the two sides will be cooperating in scientific development of technological processes used at OAO Tulachermet. The enterprise will also be ready to sign contracts with students who want to become its employees. They will be receiving additional monthly grant during education and will get a guaranteed job after their graduation.
