OREANDA-NEWS. On May 30, 2007 Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambaev has signed a resolution on approving a draft agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Asian Development Bank on financing the southern region’s agriculture development project, reported the press-centre of Amcham.

The project aimed to raise living standard of population and provide sustainable growth of farmers’ incomes of Batken, Osh and Jalalabad Oblasts.

Finance minister Akylbek Japarov is authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of Kyrgyzstan.
