OREANDA-NEWS. June 5, 2007. Alexander Skubilin is appointed Head of the Financial Department of JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus”.

Alexander Skubilin was born on October 21, 1974 in Ukhta Komi Republic.

Graduated with honors from Ukhta State Technical University majoring in “Economics and management in FEC companies”, while simultaneously obtaining a degree in “Financial Accounting”. Completed his training at the University of South Alberta in Calgary, Canada majoring in “Management”. In 1998 graduated from the South Albert Technical University with a degree in “Management in Business”.

Started his career in the financial and economics department of “Severgazprom” LLC, then worked  as Head of the Control and Investment Analysis Sector in JSC “Belgorodenergo”.  Prior to the Head of the Financial Department post worked as Head of Business Planning and Tariffication of JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus”.
