The Board of Directors has considered the conclusion of the auditing commission of PJSC “Power Machines” made on the basis of the results of the audit of the financial reporting and the annual report of the Company for the year 2006.

The Board of Directors has held to preliminarily approve the annual report and the financial reporting of PJSC “Power Machines” for the year 2006, in particular, the profit and loss account, and to propose them for approval at the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which is scheduled for June 29, 2007.
