OREANDA-NEWS. June 5, 2007. As part of the implementation of the project for the construction of a 410-MW CCGT unit on the territory of Nevinnomysskaya GRES, OGK-5 held competitive negotiations for the execution of the EPCM contract for the project. After the bid analysis, the Award was given to a consortium headed by OAO E4 Group. The consortium also includes OAO Firma Centroenergomontazh, ZAO SibKOTES, OAO Power Machines, ZAO Novosibirskenergospetsremont, OOO Energostroysnabkomplekt-Invest.

The EPCM draft envisages the supply of the following power island equipment:
• a gas turbine unit manufactured by Siemens AG, type SGT5-4000F (econopack);
• a heat recover steam generator manufactured by CMI Energy (Belgium);
• a steam turbine with a generator manufactured by Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB (Sweden), type SST-900-RH.

The contract performance period is 1,095 days.

OGK-5 became the first energy company in Russia to use the EPCM model for the implementation of its investment projects. First this scheme was used for the Sredneuralskaya CCGT project.
