This measure will reduce significantly the volume of paperwork within Russian Railways.

Krasnoyarsk Railways switch to this system on 1 May 2007, and by the end of the year the system of electronic data exchange using electronic signatures for contracts between the Company’s repair depots and rolling stock owners will be introduced on most railways in Russia.
